Fox, 2024 SOLD

When we first moved into our house, 9 years ago, we would hear these terrible screeching noises at night. We did research and learned the sounds were from foxes. They were mating. I remember waking up early in the morning and looking out my back window and seeing foxes. Many times we would make eye contact and we would just stare at each other. 

For the past few years, we don't hear too much from the foxes and I don't see them any more. There has been so much building in our area and these animals are losing their homes. When I would hear the foxes screeching in the night, it was my sign that summer was on its way.

The fox is all wool with wire and glass eyes. It is on a vintage tea box for show, it does not come with the sale of the piece. The tin can be purchased for an additional charge.
